Daphne Myler is a seasoned leader in program and project delivery with extensive experience in financial services, particularly in managing large-scale change initiatives. Over her 13-year career at TD Securities, she held several senior roles, including Vice President of Change Delivery, where she led strategic transformation initiatives across operations and technology. Previously, as Head of Operations and Enterprise Technology, she oversaw complex technology projects and led the PMO to drive process improvements.

Before joining TD, Daphne held leadership roles at Capco and CIBC, focusing on business transformation and relationship services. She also brings international experience from her time at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, where she directed global markets project delivery in Europe.
